as most know, is confronting the task in spite of the fear. Sometimes, the smallest of fears hold us back. Watch for the little sniggly feeling tickling the diaphragm or the spine but that is immediately squelched. That moment, right before the squelch, is the one in which to stop, be still and allow the core fear to unveil itself. Even if the fear is not put to rest, allayed by acknowledging, it is recognized and will be easier to see the next time. And so it is.
